a. Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form, book a strategy call, or contact us.
  • Purchase Information: Name, email address, and billing details when you buy a digital product or service.
  • Project/Business Information: Details you share during a strategy call or consulting/AI implementation engagement about your business, goals, or systems.
  • Communications: The content of any messages, emails, or call notes you send or share with us.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Log Data: Information your browser sends automatically when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit.
  • Usage Data: How you interact with the Site — pages viewed, links clicked, time spent.
  • Device Information: Device type and operating system used to access the Site.
  • Location Information: General location inferred from your IP address.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the Site functional and to understand how visitors use it. [If/when you add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools, list them here and update this section — currently no third-party ad-tracking tools are disclosed.] Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect how the Site functions.

c. Information From Third Parties

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe collects your payment card information directly and shares limited transaction data with us (such as the amount paid and last four digits of your card) — we never see or store your full card number. Review Stripe's own privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver digital products (e-books, workbooks, etc.)
  • Schedule and conduct your free 30-minute strategy call
  • Provide consulting and AI implementation services
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Send emails you've opted into
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information (which can no longer identify you) for any business purpose, such as understanding how our Services are used.

3. How We Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to:

  • Stripe, to process payments
  • Service providers who help operate the Site or deliver Services (e.g., email delivery platforms), who are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us
  • Government authorities or other parties, if required by law, subpoena, or legal process
  • A successor business, if we ever sell or transfer the business
  • Anyone else, only with your consent

4. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at collinsconsultingnwi@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) gives you the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request deletion or correction of it, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a CCPA request, email collinsconsultingnwi@gmail.com. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable.

Other States

If your state has its own comprehensive privacy law (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut), you may have similar rights. Contact us at the email above and we'll respond appropriately based on where you live.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — after which we delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at collinsconsultingnwi@gmail.com and we will delete it.

8. Do Not Track

Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't own or control (for example, a payment page hosted by Stripe). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties — please review their own privacy policies.

10. International Users

Our Services are operated from the United States, and any information you provide is processed and stored in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country. By using our Services, you consent to this.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
